Expert recruiting guidance led by longtime college coach George “Butch” Estes with day-to-day advising from former college coach Brian Judski. Together, they help athletes build a clear recruiting plan, identify realistic levels of fit, and communicate effectively with college coaches nationwide.
This program is designed for:
• Players who are serious about playing college basketball.
• Families who want a clear, step-by-step plan instead of guessing.
• Athletes who are willing to do the work but need direction and honest feedback.
• Parents who want to support their child without feeling lost or overwhelmed.
This program is not a fit if you’re looking for guaranteed scholarships or quick “magic” fixes. We focus on clarity, effort, and long-term success—not hype.
We start with an in-depth conversation about your goals, academics, film, and current situation. From there, we build a personalized recruiting plan and timeline based on your target level and realistic opportunities.
Once the plan is in motion, we help you craft outreach messaging, organize film, communicate with college coaches, and understand how to present yourself as a recruit. Our staff gives ongoing feedback, structure, and support throughout the process.
As interest develops, we help you interpret coach responses, adjust your plan, and think through visits, offers, and overall fit. You’re not navigating the process alone—you have an experienced coach in your corner.

Coach George “Butch” Estes leads The High School All-American Basketball Total Exposure Program, bringing more than four decades of college coaching experience and a reputation as one of the most respected coaches in the country. A proven winner at every stop, Estes has compiled nearly 700 victories as a college head coach and earned 11 Coach of the Year honors, collecting at least one at every program he has led. His teams have made multiple NCAA Tournament runs, including two trips to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight and five straight NCAA appearances at Barry University, where he spent 12 seasons as head coach and became one of the most successful coaches in school history.
Estes is uniquely qualified to guide players through the recruiting process because he has seen the game from every level of college basketball. He has been a head coach at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels, as well as in the NAIA and junior college ranks, with stops that include Presbyterian College, Furman University, Guilford College, Palm Beach State, Miami-Dade, Shoreline, and Barry University. Along the way, he has helped produce numerous all-conference players and professionals, while earning a reputation among his peers for his eye for talent, honest evaluations, and relentless work ethic. Barry University’s athletic director described him as a coach who “set the bar high” with his winning percentage, NCAA trips, and the number of players who moved on to play professionally, while also serving as a pillar in the community.
A North Carolina graduate, Estes played freshman basketball at the University of North Carolina and served as a student assistant under legendary Hall of Fame coach Dean Smith, giving him an early education in high-level basketball and program building. He later added experience as a television analyst for Fox Sports, further expanding his perspective and network in the game. Today, after his celebrated 12-year run at Barry, Estes channels his national connections and decades of recruiting experience into HSAA’s Total Exposure Program—personally helping players and families understand where they fit, how to present their game to college coaches, and how to build a realistic, step-by-step plan to achieve their college basketball dreams.

Brian Judski is a veteran basketball coach with more than 20 years of experience in collegiate coaching, player development, and recruiting support. Throughout his career, Judski served on staffs at multiple NCAA programs including UNC Greensboro, UNC Charlotte, Georgia State University, Furman University, and Guilford College, as well as at Miami Dade College. His time across these institutions has given him firsthand experience coaching at the NCAA Division I, Division III, and Junior College levels — a rare combination that provides meaningful perspective into how athletes are evaluated at each stage of the college pathway.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Judski served as the Head Coach for Power of the Paw, the Clemson Alumni team competing in The Basketball Tournament (TBT) — a nationally-televised, single-elimination professional tournament featuring many former NBA and high-level overseas pros. His involvement in TBT reflects a strong professional network and familiarity with post-college playing pathways.
Judski has also spent decades working with college coaches at camps, clinics, and evaluation events across the country, collaborating with Hall of Fame coaches such as Les Robinson and Bobby Cremins. His relationships across the basketball community span Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JUCO programs, as well as professional circuits.
Today, Judski plays a central role in the High School All-American Total Exposure Package, helping families navigate the recruiting landscape, increase athlete visibility, and present players to college programs in ways coaches recognize and respond to. His background, network, and understanding of the evaluation process make him a trusted resource for families seeking real, actionable exposure opportunities for their athletes.
